Landlords are required to assess and control the risk of Legionella. This type of bacteria can multiply in water systems and cause Legionnaires’ disease under certain conditions.

For your peace of mind, we can carry out a Legionella risk assessment at the same time as a gas safety check. Control measures to minimise the growth of Legionella are simple; the greatest risk usually arises when a property is left vacant for an extended period.
